Bite-sized CBD Protein Snacks In 3 Simple Recipes

CBD edibles are gaining popularity, and for good reason. Research now shows this non-intoxicating cannabis derivative may have a multitude of health benefits, including relieving stress and anxiety, functioning as an anti-inflammatory, treating chronic pain, and helping people sleep. So it makes sense that such a wonder-substance would be a great addition to food.

While CBD edibles are available pre-made for purchase, the DIY method is also fun (not to mention more cost-effective). If you’re looking to get the health benefits while also packing into energy at the same time, these three recipes are full of protein and so easy to make. They don’t even require any baking!

These recipes in particular pack in a lot of protein, so you can be sure you won’t run out of energy. With bite-sized convenience, you can keep them with you all day and pop one in your mouth any time you need a little pick-me-up.
